This podcast will help you spend less time meal planning and grocery shopping, decrease stress, save money, and put a simple system in place that brings you peace of mind.

I’m Sarah, a busy homeschool mom of 6 and wife. For years I meal planned and shopped every week.

I was spending so much time thinking about food every week (planning meals, making lists, going to the store) and still feeling like I was overspending and starting all over again a few days later.

I finally realized that if I wanted to save time, money and eliminate decision fatigue when it came to meals for my family, I needed to figure out a way to go to the store less.

I created a grocery routine that fit my needs. A simple system that I could actually stick with. A plan that made meal planning and grocery shopping easy and way less time consuming. And I’m ready to share it with you!

If you are ready to find a simple grocery system that frees up your time, decreases stress, brings peace of mind, and saves you money - this podcast is for you!

Take a deep breath - groceries are about to get a whole lot simpler!
